Use in Portable Mode:
To use the Apollo in stand-alone portable mode you need the airflow regulator plug inserted into the hole in the bottom of the battery unit. Put your dab of concentrate onto the quartz heating element. And on top of the heating element you use the water bubbler. Make sure to fill the bubbler just under the inner tube and pull some air through to seal the chambers before putting on top of the Apollo. Then power it on with 5 clicks. Choose between the four heat settings with 3 clicks. When ready, press one time to launch the Apollo. You can press and hold the button during the heat cycle for a heat boost mode. Inhale slowly and easily through the bubbler top and use your finger on the bottom of the Apollo to feather the airflow for carburetor.
Use in desktop mode:
To use in desktop mode you need a water pipe (bong with male or female and 14mm or 18mm fitting. You do not use the airflow regulator plug nor the water bubbler. You do use the carb-cap tube in this mode. You attach the Apollo to the water pipe by placing the bottom hole over male fitting or using the water pipe adapter for female fitting pipes. You can then either place the concentrate into the heating element before heating or you can dab it onto the element during heating like a traditional wax nail. Power the Apollo battery on with 5 clicks. Choose between the four heat settings with 3 clicks. When ready, press one time to launch the Apollo. You can press and hold the button during the heat cycle for a heat boost mode. Inhale slowly and easily through the water pipe and feather the carburetor for optimal airflow and hits.
