Cannabis Infused Faux Fig Jam Recipe (Strawberry or Raspberry)

Faux Jam is a great way to use figs so that anyone will eat them. So sweet and delicious on warm biscuits or a PB&J and with the added benefits of being infused with cannabis, your day will be off to a great start with this marijuana jam!

Ingredients:
2 – 4 grams cannabis flowers (4 – 6 grams rosin chips)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ teaspoon liquid lecithin (sunflower/ soy)
1 ½ cups of fresh figs (Destemmed and quartered)
1 ¼ cups sugar
1 – 3 oz package jello (strawberry/ raspberry)
½ teaspoon lemon/ lime juice (optional)

Directions:

  1. Grind and de-stem cannabis. Place in heat safe bowl, cover and decarb in oven for 35 minutes at 250° F.
  2. Remove from oven, add in oil and lecithin. Return cover and return to oven, infuse for 2 hours at 250° F
  3. Prep figs. Cut off stems, quarter and pack 1 ½ cups into measuring container(s).
  4. Combine all remaining ingredients. Cook over medium-low heat about 15 minutes or until it’s stick to spoon a for a couple of seconds.
  5. Pour while hot into clean jelly jar, top and and cool completely or chill before enjoying.

Makes about 1 pint jar.
